Introduction: I'm Samantha Calonita and I am Certified Life & Career Coach! I help busy, burnt out, unfulfilled professionals to find their purpose, heal from burnout and create a work-life balance that actually works for you. My coaching philosophy is simple. I believe that in order to create lasting outer change (in your career, relationships, health, and beyond) you need to do the inner work. That means reframing your limiting beliefs, quieting your inner critic, and learning to stop worrying about what other people think of you. In short, I help you to create a new, empowered mindset to fit your purposeful and empowered life! When it comes to qualifications, I have been a full-time Certified Coach since 2016. I have a BA in Sociology from the George Washington University and went on to pursue my MA in Sociology and Education from Columbia University. Prior to striking out on my own and starting coaching career, I was a Program Manager for a nationwide nonprofit organization that helped post-9/11 veterans to transition from their military careers into meaningful civilian careers. I am also a Certified Reiki Practitioner and Meditation Teacher. I work with clients locally in Savannah, GA and virtually all over the US and across the world! Sam seriously has changed my life. I look forward to talking to her every week. It’s almost like having a big sister (which I’ve always wanted my entire life). She truly listens and understands. It does not matter what issues you bring to her she always knows the right things to say and the right way to approach it in healthier way. She has helped teach me so many tools to handle conflict In my relationship in a way that’s very mature, healthy and supportive. I have been going to Sam since Nov/Dec 2021, and it’s because of her I have learned how to set boundaries. It’s because of her I learned that setting boundaries is healthy, and it’s because of her I have been able to rid my limiting beliefs and reparent myself to choose my own beliefs and not the ones from my childhood that I never believed in anyway (but was forced to believe). My plan is to continue going to Sam for as long as I can because without her, I really wouldn’t be where I’m at currently. Sam is supportive, nurturing, and caring. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I wanted to for her because I believe she deserves all the kudos in the world. Sam has also taught me how to breathe through things. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One-on-one coaching sessions are 50 minutes in length. Like going to the gym, true transformation takes time, consistency and commitment. For that reason, I work in 3-month or 6-month commitments. 3-month coaching packages include 12 sessions and cost $1997 while 6-month packages include 18 sessions and cost $2497. I offer flexible monthly payment plans that are customizable to any budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with a free 30-minute Discovery Call in order to learn more about your goals and to ensure we are a good fit for one another. If we mutually agree that we are a fit and want to work together, then I will send an email with your next steps, link to pay, and coaching agreement. We will meet approximately three times a month to move forward on your goals. Prior to each session you will receive "homework" in the form of a worksheet, practice, or action step to help you prepare for our upcoming sessions. That way, we can go deeper on the concepts together. After our session, you will receive a personalized email from me with highlights from our session as well as a rundown of any action steps that you want to be accountable for.
