Alessia T. says, "Bennie did an amazing job, handling multiple projects in one visit. First he diagnosed and serviced a malfunctioning garage door. He explained everything he was doing and why, and provided me with much helpful advice, which I really appreciated. As we continued to discuss the mechanics and expected life of different aging (aged!) components, I decided that a full garage opener mechanism replacement would be best for our needs. Bennie was very flexible with this decision pivot, and offered to work on other handyman projects we needed help with, while I purchased a new garage opener. He helped me pick out the best model for our needs. After I got it, Bennie installed it, tested all components, and again explained and showed everything. The garage door works great! I am so happy with the results. Bennie also installed several fixtures (towel bars) throughout the house. He did a beautiful job with those. He even reviewed a broken toilet and followed up after his visit with advice on which parts to buy. We also discussed other future repairs, and he gave me some good advice. I hope to hire Bennie for these repairs as well. Bennie has so much knowledge on so many different types of projects. His work quality is excellent.
