Justin was fantastic. He was prompt with quick and steady communication. Very respectful from the moment he came to the door. He replaced a sink faucet within minutes and made sure it was working right. He also offered to clear sink drains. Great price and value. Will definitely hire him again.

Justin quoted a premium, mostly non-negotiable rate, emphasizing the quality of his workmanship—which I accepted. He arrived about an hour late for our appointment due to a delay at a previous job. While such delays can happen, I appreciated that he notified me as soon as he could, allowing me to adjust my schedule accordingly. Though he hadn’t installed an EcoFlush system before, he took on the task. During installation, he ran into issues and initially believed the system was incompatible with my toilet. After I reassured him it was, he took the time to disassemble and reinstall everything properly. The unit now works perfectly, and he did not charge extra for the additional effort. He also removed the existing faucets and installed two new ones, which are functioning well. Overall, I was very pleased with his workmanship, attitude, and professionalism. I would gladly hire him again for any future plumbing needs.
