Icet did a beautiful space themed garland for my drive through baby shower and it came out so amazing. It was the talk of the event and everyone loved taking pictures by it. She was at the venue early and finished about an hour before guests were set to arrive. She secured the garland so well that any wind we had that day had no affect on it. The garland lasted well past the shower and truly made my day.

Blissful event decor exceeded my expectations on my 26th birthday decor. The balloon garland was perfect and better than I imagined. The colors were beautiful. Highly recommend!
