in this arena, it is hard to propose a menu and pricing,as there are many unknowns. If one is looking for a massage therapist the price is set. In catering there's servers, rental, setups , linens, etc. which can all be needed. A true price and a menu like you, the clients seeks takes time and conversation. So proposals sent are merely suggestions.
