Catered a party for 60 people, delicious food choices, great appetizers, BQ roasted chicken sliders, spring rolls and tenderloin for a few items plus much more. They best part was Mike coming to my home to see the flow of the layout, tables, chairs and servers and his staff was so wonderful. People loved the food and the care of its preparation and serving.

I hired them for a casual after memorial service open house for 100 people. Mike guided and suggested foods that would be pleasing to everyone. I also hired Ellen to serve. She set up, kept things stocked on the buffet during the party and cleaned up. With 100 people there I had so many compliments on the food. I had sandwiches, dips, fruit, salads and desserts. Mike and Ellen made the process so easy for me.

Mr.Hickman provided a sumptuous meal which was beautifully presented. He thought of every detail and guided the planning such that I was left with nothing to worry over. He managed every potential problem and every last minute change with such grace and kindness. His servers were excellent, serving a seated meal with no glitches. Many guests commented on their kindness and efficiency. I don't think you could find a more able caterer anywhere. I live five hours away but am considering doing all my events now closer to this caterer. :-)

Mike was absolutely amazing. My husband and I had a caterer previously and found out 2 weeks before our reception that they could no longer do it. I was in a panic! I searched for a few days and came across Thumbtack. After putting my information and the things that I needed from a catering in the system and submitting it, Mike was the first person I heard from. Though there were many other options, Mike was the best choice. He was kind, professional, and made every effort to go over and beyond to give me anything and everything I asked for to make my day special. Also, he really worked with us on a payment plan and was flexible about delivery. One thing that stood out to me was the fact that no other caterer was willing to do a tasting with it being such short notice. Mike was willing and made it seem like a pleasure to do it for us, despite the amount of time we had left. Everything was absolutely delicious and we haven't stopped hearing our guests rave about the wonderful food and service we received. I would recommend him many times over for any and every event someone might have and I'm appreciative of everything he did for my husband and I that day. Thanks Mike!

Due to Mike and his server, I was able to actually enjoy my own dinner party! The guests raved about how good the food was, and we ended the party dividing up the left overs. I was able to relax and leave it all up to the server. I highly recommend hiring a server(s). She brought the food, set it all up on my platters and then washed up when we were done. Highly recommended!

If you are after quality, passion, and someone who cares about your event then I suggest you give us a try.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
in this arena, it is hard to propose a menu and pricing,as there are many unknowns. If one is looking for a massage therapist the price is set. In catering there's servers, rental, setups , linens, etc. which can all be needed. A true price and a menu like you, the clients seeks takes time and conversation. So proposals sent are merely suggestions.
