Highly recommend! Julio and his team recently built a non load bearing wall with an archway for my entryway. Super professional and responsive via text. They were also super quick and completely the project in 2 days. Definitely will work together again.

I hired Street Style Construction to do a full basement build out for me from just framing and concrete. Julio was outstanding at getting everything together and done in a timely manner, was extremely professional throughout the entire process, and ensured that there was nothing left undone at the end of the project. It was a great experience overall and I could not be more happy with the final product. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price depending on the sqft and the details of the project. No matter the price at the end I always leave my jobsite looking like I got a million dollar contract.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I start working with a new customer, I like to first go alone to their project site so I can get a first hand idea of how the process will look. I always provide details and suggestions when I first come by but I never talk as much as I listen, because this isn't a project about me, it is about the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently going to KSU for construction Management. I have also enrolled to a Project Management course there as well. I have also served in the military, Army. I am working on getting my contractors license. I have been in the field framing for the last three years.
