Had this team come out to do minor repairs on the exterior of my house. They repaired damaged soffit, trim, and shingles. Julio followed up with a project report showing photos of before, during and after with details of how everything was done, materials they used and schedules. Very detailed work. Highly recommend.

Responded quickly to inquiries. Clean up was incomplete I believe the flat roof repair job was beyond the crew's skill set. I did not like the look of the finished repair project which was adequate at best definitely not exceptional. Other tasks related to removal of tree house and repairs to siding were done well.

These guys were working on my neighbors house and I came up to Julio to ask him about some work I needed done. He came over same day and gave me a proposal. Work was completed in a timely manner the following week. Everything came out better than I expected.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price depending on the sqft and the details of the project. No matter the price at the end I always leave my jobsite looking like I got a million dollar contract.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I start working with a new customer, I like to first go alone to their project site so I can get a first hand idea of how the process will look. I always provide details and suggestions when I first come by but I never talk as much as I listen, because this isn't a project about me, it is about the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently going to KSU for construction Management. I have also enrolled to a Project Management course there as well. I have also served in the military, Army. I am working on getting my contractors license. I have been in the field framing for the last three years.
