- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price depending on the sqft and the details of the project. No matter the price at the end I always leave my jobsite looking like I got a million dollar contract.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I start working with a new customer, I like to first go alone to their project site so I can get a first hand idea of how the process will look. I always provide details and suggestions when I first come by but I never talk as much as I listen, because this isn't a project about me, it is about the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently going to KSU for construction Management. I have also enrolled to a Project Management course there as well. I have also served in the military, Army. I am working on getting my contractors license. I have been in the field framing for the last three years.
