If could could put a zero star rating I would. I chose this contractor to help my sellers. I am a real estate agent. The ratings were all five stars until lately. I just read Heather A’s review and she stated the exact experience as I did. He doesn’t answer calls. He comes out quickly and completely dismantles and never show back up. He gives excuses about family and kids often. He will always under bid and ask for more money. He will only work long enough to ask for more money. It’s also important to know that the name of the owner as it appears on this site doesn’t match the name of the person that comes out. Someone name Ruiz NEREIDA comes out. This is blatant theft. I have pictures and his license as he had to provide it to get into the community. I also took pictures of his vehicle and tag. I am seriously thinking of pressing charges. Thumbtack needs to remove this vendor from their site because it’s not a good look and he is clearly taking advantage of their long time customers.

We engaged Eduardo from ATL Pro Remodeling to replace the decking and railing of a second story porch and it has been a trying experience. The job was started and abandoned, with poor communication and wild excuses at every turn. We thankfully used a credit card to pay for the initial payment due and are disputing the charge in efforts to recoup our money. Needless to say, it has been a time consuming and frustrating experience all the way around. I don’t usually leave negative reviews but would like to prevent others from being taken advantage of like we were.
