DON'T!!!! JUST DON'T. I'm not sure how this company has so many positive reviews because the service or lack of service is totally unprofessional. First off it took days to get anyone on the phone...that should have been the 1st red flag. Apparently Juan has a cell phone that does not have a voicemail set up, so you can't leave a message. That should have been the 2nd red flag. When I finally did speak with Juan we agreed on a time for him to meet at my home for a carpet install estimate. He requested 8 am-10am. I said that's fine I'll just take the time off from work. Guess what?? He never showed up. Never called me to to apologize or reschedule. I actually sent him a text...no response. I also attempted to call him but got no answer. This man did not care about my time or my money. If I could give him zero stars I would. BE AWARE!!

Javier and his team were amazing from the first time I called them! Javier came out to my house to give me a quote, and when he came he was super informative and explained pricing, types of flooring, and the pros/cons of each. He was patient and had an answer to every question I had.A couple weeks after receiving the estimate, I decided to use them to redo my floors. Javier came back out so I can choose my floor colors and the next week I was scheduled!They did an AMAZING job with the floors. Beyond my expectations. They were FAST, friendly, and professional. I will be using them in the future to do my upstairs bedrooms, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Even my neighbors came over to take a peek, and they loved the floors. Great company to do business with. Thank you Javier and the entire team! I'm a very happy customer!
