Our pricing is flat-rate and transparent, based on property type and size—no hidden fees or upsells. Discounts are available for multiple properties or annual renewals. You’ll always know the cost upfront before scheduling.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Brief intake over email or a call to understand the property, tenancy status. Once we obtain property & tenant contact information, we schedule the inspection at a convenient time, and perform a comprehensive on-site inspection. We deliver a digital photo report within one business day, which contains our findings and a prioritized action list for you to address at your convenience. Optional follow-up to clarify findings or next steps The process is designed to be hands-off for remote owners

Combined, we have 15+ years of hands-on experience operating a property management company overseeing 250+ homes. Our background includes evaluating properties, assessing maintenance risks, coordinating repairs, documenting tenant damage, and protecting landlords from costly deferred maintenance issues.
