Hey guys, we offer lower rates for our Thumbtack customers currently. We are growing and aren't turning away any customers. Lets work together.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I'm hired, I'll confirm the appointment and we can meet at the desired date and time. If you or the agent can't make it, I can get the CBS code for my ekey or lock box from the listing agent. Youre welcome to join me for the entire inspection, towards the end, or not at all. Either way, I'm going to work hard for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified with AHIT in 2018. Did some internships before then to test the waters. Eventually started my company in 2018 and it's been going strong. Internachi certified currently.
