Hello! My name is Monica Pierce. I have my degree in Music after receiving a Piano Scholarship into college. I love teaching piano and watching the student learn by playing.
I understand how hard to it is to keep taking because I started lesson at the age of 7 and I almost quit at least 3x. I am so thankful that I stuck with it!! I received a Piano Scholarship into college and I have that talent in my life-.it saved me during Covid when I lost my job of 6 years.

Had my first lesson with Monica. She was very patient and easy to understand when teaching. She took her time and let me start over if I didn’t understand something. I will definitely be continuing my lessons and I look forward to the progress that she will be helping me move forward in with my pianolessons.

Monica is an absolutely AMAZING teacher. I've progressed so much in only a few months of instruction!
She really breaks down the piano for even the newest of players do you aren't overwhelmed and she also has a great attitude and makes the lessons fun!

Very happy to have found Monica. I’m in my late 40s getting back to pianolessons again after 30+ years of no formal lessons. I was skeptical about virtual instruction but Monica is a fantastic teacher. Very easy to talk to, very encouraging, punctual, and offers a lot of value for the fee. I upgraded to 2x a week meetings after the first lesson!

I am fair about pricing. I do not raise prices. I will work with you on cost if asked.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will answer any and all questions about lessons. I will discuss my background. I let them know what is involved in the lesson and about my practice award and recitals 2x a year.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been playing since I was 7 yrs old. I got a Piano Scholarship into college and got my degree in Music in 1991.
