Rachell is the property manager for my home in mid-town Atlanta. She responds very effectively to all tenant related matters. She is a good communicator and gives me practical advice about various tenant legal issues. When I had the misfortune of leasing to a tenant who decided to stop paying rent, Rachell managed all aspects of the termination of the lease very well. Additionally Rachell is an aggressive marketer and works quickly to find new tenants to lease the unit. If your goal is to outsource the care and management of your property, Rachell and her team would be an excellent choice.

I contacted Oriana in February 2015 as I needed to replace the manager for my property. I was very skeptical after having a bad experience so I asked countless questions and Oriana patiently and professionally responded to each one in detail. I decided to hire Oriana out of 4 prospects because of her responsiveness. Immediately after hiring her, she discovered and pointed out maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. Although I won't have the pleasure of using Vineyard as my property management company because I'm not in their management area ( a situation that I am very sad about), I did have the pleasure of speaking to Andi Lannom, one of the property managers there She is a gem, who was heaven sent and went far over and above, even though she could not manage my property due to its location. When I sent in a search for property managers through Thumbtack, Andi was the first one to respond to my request with a very personalized response. When I finally spoke to Andi, I found her to be very knowledgeable, personable and patient. She gave me a lot of good information about property management and what her company offered. After talking and discovering that my house was out of their area range, Andi so graciously offered to do some research and contact property management companies in that area, who might be more helpful. She followed through on her word and got valuable information from the companies, which she shared with me and put me in contact with them. That was such a blessing to me since I am a novice at this. Andi went well beyond the call of duty and I am very grateful for her help. She put me on the right track to finding a company who can meet my needs. I can't say thank you enough! And if Vineyard ever decides to expand it's property management range, I would quickly become a client.
