I am currently working with Darius and I am already seeing improvement in my dog's behavior. He easily customized our session to the issues that I specifically wanted to focus on. He clearly has a plan in mind and I am looking forward to continuing working with him.

Our dog Marco stayed at Oh Good Dog for a two week stay and train. During his stay, Francis provided regular updates and photos to keep us updated on Marco's progress. Since Marco has been back home, we have noticed a positive difference in his behavior. He is following more commands, playing with his toys by himself, and is generally more calm. Several friends and family members have commented on how much his behavior has improved after his time with Oh Good Dog. Marco received a great foundational training and we hope to continue his training as he gets older.

Charity and Roger came to our house and gave our three Japanese Chins their summer shave. Each dog was treated in a way that suited its individual personality and needs and Charity and Roger kept me well informed regarding the dogs as well as the animal world in general. We are down for a repeat in two months!

No dog behaviors change overnight, but Ann gave us a great plan of action and we have already seen some improvement and less anxiety in our rescue pup.

Jan is a truly gifted trainer. My dog was abused as a puppy and he had difficulty being around anyone but family, refused to go for walks away from home and hated getting out of the car. Jan has helped me introduce positive reinforcement techniques to train my dog to see the world differently and gave me the confidence to work with my dog on several other problems we were having. She uses several techniques, including training the owner to react appropriately to the dog's behavior, obedience training to work on regularly with the dog as well as good tips to build a stronger bond with my dog so we can enjoy each others company and the company of newcomers in a safe manner. Having Jan as my trainer has been a great experience and I highly recommend her! She is devoted to helping my dog and I build a happy and safe home environment. With a persistent, positive outlook that any dog can be trained with a little love and some yummy treats, Jan has changed my dog's life and mine.

Cris helped me with general obedience that my dog seriously lacked. With just s few sessions he had completely stopped all jumping behavior as well as giving us some general obedience training and a place command, which my girl absolutely loves! Thanks Cris for all the help! Azzura and I are very greatful!

Our dog was pulling on the leash and showing aggression towards other dogs when we would go for walks. We hired Keith for obedience lessons and the results were amazing in a very short period of time. Walking our dog is now a pleasant experience not only for us but for the neighbors as well with absolutely no worries that we will have any incidents when another dog crosses our path. We have Keith come out once a month now for private lessons. He observes our interaction with our animal and offers any and all suggestions to maintain harmony. He truly cares for the animals wellbeing. We would highly recommend Keith.

My family has been having behavioral issue with my adult dog and new puppy. They are both good sized dog and have extremely high engery which is not good in a house of 7. The dogs love to wrestle outdoors but we're bringing it indoors, not to mention the puppy loves to run off. We where really worried the dogs where getting more and more out of control and bringing them in with my hip issues and my grandmother's blindness was impossible. Dawn was absolutely amazing and reasonable with not only her suggestions but also with her pricing. I loved that her training did not required an abunance of overpriced toys, tools and treats. In fact we learned to reward the dogs without food treats which was a very new method for us. She gave my family and I an understanding on dominance traits and pack alpha dynamics. My 9 yr old can walk to both dogs without being dragged down and I can walk up and dog the stairs without fearing tripping over hyperactive doggys. I am looking forward to working with Dawn again to get even more obedience tips.

I have two 4-year-old dachshunds that I tried to train by myself by kenneling one while working with the other. This got me nowhere fast because the distractions of the other made it impossible. I needed help and did my research on Off Leash and was really sold when I saw the puppy poodle. The before and after was amazing. When I dropped Madison off, she was a leash puller, sniffer of all things, distracted by everything, didn’t understand sit or down, much less stay in one place on command. I just got her back from her 2-week board and training. I couldn’t believe how obedient she was when I went to pick her up. She could come, sit, down, place, heel, loose leash, and knew to stay until she was told to break after each command. She could block out distractions and I was astounded by the transformation. Yet, they do not just let you take them home without your own human training session. The trainer, Terry, sat down with me and took me through how to work the collar and trained me. We spent 2 hours walking with Madison and going through the commands. He corrected my behavior that could be confusing for her so when I bring her home I will know exactly what to do. He would have stayed longer if need be. They are also there for reach back if I ever need help and I will definitely utilize the refresher if not for my babies but for me. Also, she absolutely loves Terry and he loved her. This is a key factor that makes me happier than anything, she went to this tough training and loved her trainer, which makes me sure that she loved every moment she was there. Last but definitely not least they sent update pictures and videos. They know this is a hard process for both the puppy and their human and made it so much easier. I cannot say enough about how amazing the trainers and staff are at OffLeash Training Atlanta. This training has not just changed my baby’s life but mine as well.

Sonja worked with our Husky, Zeke, for only a few months four years ago when he was a puppy. I've had a lot of dogs in my lifetime but this was the first time I hired a trainer. I thought I had always done alright training my own dogs but WOW was I wrong! Really, Sonja was training *me* more than my dog. Zeke is such a remarkably well-behaved dog. I added another puppy to my family last year and brought Sonja back to work with him. His personality is the complete opposite of Zeke's, so Sonja takes a different approach with him. She is a very caring and very effective trainer, I highly recommend her.

They are very friendly. They truly love animals and aren't just focused on making money which unfortunately seems to be the case with many places.

Had a family emergency and needed to leave town immediately. Called on Sharon. She came over to meet animals. Even my shy cat took to her immediately. She followed my instructions to a tee. She even texted me pictures of my babies everyday. Upon returning home I had no doubt they had been well cared for. I will be using her again!!

I've only had my first lesson and I am already seeing significant results. My male German Shepherd was very hard to handle even with a gentle leader. He would bark and lunge aggressively at other dogs and people while on our walks and would continuously bark at neighborhood walkers from my window. They explain everything and are very informative and know what they are doing. I've felt like I've been walking on thin ice because my dog has gotten in trouble with animal control with his aggression. Now I have the confidence to take him on walks and to public places. I don't even use the gentle leader now because the e-collar has him under control. I'm feeling very optimistic and look forward to the rest of my classes.

Lauren is a consummate professional and has an extraordinary talent working with dogs. I've taken several classes, puppyhood and beyond manners, with Lauren. The force free techniques used in theses two classes really worked well with my dog, and even 2 years later she has sustained the good behaviors taught by Lauren!

About

Animals of any age -- in particular, dogs, cats, horses and even chickens for eggs -- are my heart. I do not think that, as a whole, humans give animals enough credit for their value in our lives. I want animals to have the most love, fun, interaction, care and the healthiest environment possible. It has been said about children, "It takes a village to raise a child....", yet, maybe it should also be a village to love and support these precious animals that have so much to offer us!
