I normally decorate and plan all of my events but due to travel I was unable to decorate for my brothers graduation party. Naturally I was a bit nervous handing over the control but Shakira made the process extremely easy. I handed her my ideas and she created a masterpiece. She paid so much attention to detail and was able to stay under budget which was truly impressive. All of the guest loved the designs and centerpieces she created.
