Milo was hired to repair the tile in my bathroom shower. We just had the bathroom renovated and the grout kept coming out. He was also asked to repair a leaking toilet and the ceiling below. He gave us 2 scenarios for the shower with pricing for each. He was able to do the job for the cheaper scenario. He told us exactly what we were responsible for purchasing and what he would supply. He came when he said he would and did a great job on both areas. We have had no more problems with the shower and the quality of work is great. While here he took care of a couple of smaller issues we were having. Also he is a very personable guy, easy to talk to and answered all my questions. I have recommended him to several friends.

We hired Sullivan General Contracting for a total kitchen remodel. the job included the complete demolition of our old kitchen, reconfigure for a new layout, selection of all materials (from backsplash to floor tiles to cabinet hardware), appliance placement, etc. Milo was instrumental in helping the decisions move smoothly. He is a true professional who through his experience knowledge and expertise made a huge project a pleasant experience. From our initial consultation to the finished project he met our expectations and desired timeline.

I meet with every customer to determine the scope of work, so I can provide a quote for the services rendered.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the customer and discuss the project, after which I provide them with a quote the scope of work, which includes materials & labor (unless the customer is purchasing the materials) and an approximated time of completion and a payment schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working in the construction industry for over 40 years and also have a Diploma in Building Construction Management.
