- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get their information and details about the job they are requesting. I will speak with them on the phone and meet them in person to go over the job. Then I will be honest and fair with the my quote and give them a fair answer as to how long it will take to complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science. As a day job I have worked in IT departments for Fortune 500 company as: Software Developer, Systems Administrator, Senior IT support and PeopleSoft Administrator. Have worked for four Fortune 500 companies in the Atlanta area.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
For Handyman services. I am a very handy person around the house. I have done: painting, flooring, tile, minor bathroom renovations, yard fencing, and pressure washing for myself and family and friends. I also build furniture occasionally. I like working with my hands more than sitting at a desk. For Computer services, I currently work in IT with a Fortune 500 company in Atlanta. I decided to do extra work on the side to get ahead.
