- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This the breakdown of my pricing for a event. I determine my pricing for an event by how many guess in attendance, I determine my pricing by food cost, and I determine my pricing by providing plates utensil, glasses, and napkins this is also base on plastic products as well, and also I determine my pricing by service, waiters, and bartenders
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first contact them to discuss their menu. Then how many actual people are coming to the event. How do they want the food to be served.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have Associates of Art degree in Culinary Arts from Art Institute of Atlanta.
