- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a standard pricing for my Boxed Lunches, ranges anywhere from $12 to $16 per boxed meal. But as far as a private catering event, it really depends on what the client wants. Could start anywhere from $25 to $100 per person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been professionally trained at the Le Cordon Blue Academy in San Francisco, California. Worked for the Ritz Carlton in Halfmoon Bay, California. Then after putting time and learning many useful skills in the back of house, I went into working on the catering side of the culinary world for about 4 years. After years of working for many years for other entrepreneurs, I decided that it was time for me to make my own dreams come true and have a business of my own, doing what I love most. I love to cook all foods, there is no discrimination when it comes to my cooking. I just love creating delicious meals for everyone to enjoy.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My love for cooking came from my Grandma. We used to cook together everyday when I was a little girl living in Thailand. We would have to feed the Monks i n the village everyday, so my Grandma recruited me to help her at a young age. I can still close my eyes and see us cooking together as she grew those fresh herbs and spices in the pots and the wonderful aroma coming from these pots. Guess you can say that I've been cooking since I was like 5 years old.
