I had a laptop that I wanted to give to my uncle who had no computer and I wanted to give it to him as a gift. I recently had replaced the battery, but hadn't been using it for some tim since starting to use my other laptop more often. Before giving it to him, I went to plug it in to see if it would work, but it wouldn't boot up. Luckily enough, I discovered Rick Kirkham's website and was easily able to contact him for his services and make an appointment for when he could give it a once over, along with a diagnosis and an estimate. Two days later (actually in less than 48 hours) & for a very fair and low cost I had my repaired computer back in my hands. I really appreciate getting quick and helpful repair servicing because these days it can be hard to find. If I have any other technical glitches with any of my computers I'll be calling this guy & YOU SHOULD TOO!!!!!!!!

First thing he did was give us a false last name We didn't charge him for the job Though we couldn't solve his problem I texted him with additional questions since I had an idea and received no response There's not anything else a reasonable person can do
