- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts for repeating jobs. I also ask for a flat rate $20 service fee as well as tax.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to know a little about their situation if they want to share, dimensions of their space to be cleaned, as well as level of cleaning required and any time restraints. Then I share with them how I like to work work, ask if I can start with a deep clean to my standards, then take on any special requests.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Knowledge of toxic chemicals, and alternative products that can be used. Social worker dedicated to making people’s lives easier.
