- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You have access to me 24/7 no matter what the situation may be, I am always here for my clients and athletes on or off the clock. I make sure they are taken care of in and outside of the gym and at their own home. Coaching is an all the time thing not just sometimes thing. I am direct and assertive when it comes to guiding my clients in the right direction needed to fulfill their goals, dreams, and aspirations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always always always start by developing the proper mindset and the right state of awareness. This involves working with their psychology before their physiology. Because for example, it’s not what you do inside the gym that makes the difference, it’s what you know and can apply outside the gym in your daily livelihood to enhance the performance and rate at which you succeed inside the gym.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Studied Kinesiology and Rehabilitation Sciences, Sports Nutrition, and Biomechanics in college. I am a certified personal trainer, exercise specialist, supplement specialist, food and human nutrition certified, national competitor bodybuilder, former and retired USA Karate Team Fighter, Hollywood Fitness Model and LA Runway Fashion show participant.
