This means no fad diets or yoyo diet at all and the result is the weight comes off and stays off by replacing bad eating habits with good ones. I have a true passion for nutrition and fitness and it shows! I also take great pride in understanding each of my clients strengths and weakness no matter their age or athletic background. I treat each and every client as if they were myself with only the best training and nutrition coaching. I have experience working with asthma & COPD affects, back pains and other common issues and I will ensure you the right nutritional guidance along with safe and proper exercise technics to push you to your optimum fitness! Dru is a wonderful personal trainer! Within a few weeks of training with him I have seen significant improvement in my endurance level, strength and flexibility. I am grateful to have come across his services. He is full of knowledge in both Fitness and Nutrition. So I don’t usually do reviews but I have to tell you about this guy, Dru. He has been my personal trainer for a little over a month now. If you’re looking for someone to kick your ass in the gym, this is the trainer for you. His workouts always have me feeling like I put in serious work. Dru changes up each workout so you never reach that comfort zone. Not only is he creating these great workouts but he instructs you on how to lift properly and describes why we are doing particular lifts. Dru provides a great balance with working out and the chit chat. If you’re wanting to go to the gym and talk all day then he’s not the guy for you. He’s here to do work and to make sure you’re working too. So if you want that beach body then Dru and Island Body Fitness can get you there, but be prepared to work.

This is my first time working with a personal trainer and I’m so glad to have found Dru. He’s very professional and responsive to your questions and is flexible with your schedule. I especially appreciate his holistic approach to health and wellness, emphasizing putting real foods in your body to reach your goals. He also emphasizes long term sustainable growth while continually pushing you in order to reach the best version of yourself. I’ve been working with him for about two months now and my dietary habits have changed tremendously. If you are thinking of getting a trainer, don’t hesitate to contact Dru. He is accommodating to all ages and levels of fitness. Seriously, this is the best investment in yourself that you can make! I can’t wait to see where I’m at in another 2 months!
