I am updating my review now that it’s been about six months since I’ve been training with Dru. I train with Dru four times a week and I do believe he’s worth every penny. I have lost 20 pounds so far and continue to not only shred fat but also get stronger. When I first started with Dru I could barely do one push up. With hard work and dedication I am now able to not only do more than 50 push-ups without rest but I continue to see progress in my form and strength. Dru dedicates his time to each of his clients. He’s committed,focused,and professional. If you have a goal you’d want to hit he will without a doubt help you achieve it as long as you meet him half way. That being said, I’m glad I still continue to work with Dru. He continues to push me and I’m one step closer to my goal!

Prior to meeting Dru I had been training regularly with hopes that I would achieve my desired look, but I was just not getting the results I wanted alone. After meeting Dru and working with him for only 5 weeks now, I can say he knows his stuff! Dru's experience in fitness training and nutrition is key to my goals and he knows which exercises to use to get the results I want! I like the push and drive to excel that he delivers each time which is always paired with his form correctiveness to prevent injuries. Dru is an honest professional with great knowledge and I can already see and feel the difference that I have been wanting since I started.

I started working with Dru at the height of my issues with binging. I was desperately seeking someone to not only help me build confidence in myself, but to aid me in building a healthy relationship with food. I can with 100% confidence say that his passion for educating clients about nutrition and eating whole foods is one of the reasons why I'm now 70+ days binge-free. He keeps me accountable and focused, even when I'm not training that day. I truly believe that he delivers nothing less than 100% to every client, and perfectly tailors plans to YOUR needs. Don't get me wrong, he'll keep it real with you. But that is what is so refreshing about having him as a trainer. He forces you to see the result of every decision, good or bad. If you're looking for not only "kick-ass, leave you sore for 3 days" workouts, feeling satiated every single day BUT ALSO a super transparent trainer who honestly cares about your health and well-being, Dru is it.
