We are also certified in strength and conditioning with a professional and Olympic level training background. Unlike a therapy clinic or a stand gym, you get all our experience in one place. All clients are provided with access to sports/performance coaching and personal training to ensure they reach their health and performance goals. Those dealing with joint pain or injuries will be provided a smooth path from start to finish. Those with performance or physical goals have access to over 20 years of experience. Our passion is working with the active population of Honolulu. Our goal is to share the effective, but simple fundamentals of maintaining a high level of health to our members and community.
