FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects individualized programming, structured assessments, and ongoing professional oversight. I don’t offer discounts or negotiate rates, as this ensures consistency and quality for every client. Packages of 12, 24, and 36 sessions are available. Virtual personal training and online coaching options are also available for clients seeking flexible, location-independent support.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with a thorough conversation about your goals, health history, eating habits, stress levels, and training background. I look at how all of this may be affecting your energy, recovery, and body composition. From there, I create a personalized strength and nutrition plan built around your needs. We track progress with clear markers and adjust as your body changes so results are steady and sustainable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA) in both Personal Training and Nutrition. I also hold a professional certification in Applied Neuroscience and Brain Health through the Neuroscience Academy, led by Dr. Sarah McKay. I am currently studying biochemistry within the University of Hawaiʻi system, which continues to deepen my understanding of metabolism and physiology. My background includes competitive bodybuilding, so I understand how to build muscle deliberately, safely, and with precision. While that experience informs how I program training, my work with clients is focused on strength, function, metabolic health, and results that carry over into real life.
