Introduction: My name is Geoff Sato - I offer guided meditation, private and group yoga instruction, health, weight loss, and nutrition counseling, and floatation therapy via Dream Float Hawaii. For Yoga - I've taught yoga since 2014 to thousands of people at some of the biggest yoga studios in Hawaii. I am adaptable to your needs, and will work with you to achieve your highest goals. For Float - Dream Float has been open since 2015, and offers floating - where you float on your back for about an hour, in a pod filled with 10 inches of water saturated with over 1,000 lbs of Epsom Salt, heated to your skin temperature. It's like being back in the womb, or floating in outer space. Floating is an outstanding pairing with all healing modalities. I enjoy creating space for transformation in people's lives. This is done mainly through awareness of breath, mindfulness, and conscious relaxation. Simple, yet the results are profound.

I usually offer a rate of $50 / class for private yoga sessions. Floats are $75 / hour, with packages and memberships at $50/float.

Before getting started, I like to discuss with clients about their current situation, what their goals are, and any other pertinent info that can help me offer the best experience possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For yoga I am an RYT 200.
