Over the years, I've used personal trainers to help me meet my fitness goals and I tell you what, after working with Ben for just a couple weeks, I can already tell this time the lessons are going to stick. He does such a great job of explaining the "why" behind the exercise! He's also extremely motivating and fun to work with!! I look forward to my workouts with Ben!!
I have been working with Dru since the beginning of February. He started by having me log my food for a week to see my daily caloric intake was then once he saw that I was eating too little and not quite healthy he upped my caloric intake and set diet goals. Once I had my diet on track I started training with him 4-5 times a week. Working with Dru has been excellent because he teaches in a fun but no BS method. He can make you laugh but when it's time to DO WORK he's all business. He is straight forward in telling you, you have to put the effort in and how important your diet is outside of training. When he describes an exercise he does in a way that you can understand how the body and the specific muscle works. This allowed me to isolate that muscle for the best results. I highly recommend Dru as a personal trainer because I know he will get you the results you aspire to have.
I loved having Jennie as a personal trainer. She was not only understanding of problem areas but she helped me to kick butt in those areas. After I had a back injury, she helped me gain my strength back. She was patient with me and encouraging all the time. Not hiring Jennie is a huge mistake. She's a hard worker, patient, understanding and always up for new challenges.
January 07, 2016 Venice, Florida Suffering from shoulder pain and weakness I observed David Langfelder helping a follow shoulder sufferer. I liked his approach and problem understanding and felt this is the trainer for me. Dave's personal focus on the weakened areas and methodical training in stretching and strengthening, has relieved my pain and strengthened my shoulders and conditioned my whole body as well. Dave stresses technique and form for the correct development of troubled areas. I highly recommend Dave to anyone in need of medical rehab for a lasting recovery. I have known Brian for 8 months, right before the start of my pregnancy. I have been out of shape for 9 years due to my job, but Brian was very patient with me and we started with small steps. I found Jed on Facebook one day while laying around at home feeling overall miserable due to how I looked. I went in after I did some research and saw the results he can get from someone who is willing to commit to his program. Upon meeting him I was a bit cautious due to the fact the last time I met a trainer they were fat and in worse shape than I was, yet Jed was the exact opposite. He asked me what my goals were and what I wanted to do. I told him I wanted to reduce my body fat and have a body I could look at in the mirror and go out in public to the beach and not be ashamed of. After 6 months of a strict nutrition plan, and exercise regimen I reduced my body fat from 25 percent to 10 percent. My lean muscle mass raised a fair amount as well. I am still and will continue to be a customer and staunch supporter of Jed and his program until I reach my goal and even after I reach it. He helped rescue me from a road filled with depression and misery due to self pity. He not only allowed me to take control of my life again. He gave me a new purpose, a new direction and pure motivation. Jed doesn't sugar coat anything. He will give it to you straight and cold. Lets face the facts though. You either want a trainer who cares about you and your results (which is who Jed is), or you want someone to walk you down a sugar coated lane of rainbows and sugar plums. I run super fun, girls-only, outdoor boot camps in Manoa Valley, Aina Haina, and Mililani.
