I am a yoga and wellness teacher with 11 years of teaching experience. Also 3 years of Ayurvedic medicine and a yoga massage therapy practice. I prefer to work with people one on one or in small group settings, since I can fully invest my knowledge, time and energy into you with more discretion. This is the most adequate way for you to gain the necessary self-awareness that promotes best and forever-lasting results. I am committed to creating your custom tailored practice. Can not say enough great things about it! I have been taking Yoga for the past 10 years but nothing compared to what Inner Key Yoga introduced me to. Not only she is knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough; she is friendly, warm, and a general joy to be around. She has made me rethink how I need to rehabilitate my body. It is simply fantastic!

Jenia is the best yoga teacher! She always ensures her students use proper alignment to prevent injury, and provides the spiritual background to deepen your practice. Her classes are hands-down my favorite ever.

I allow for a sliding scale when it comes to the price discussions. Because every persons’ situation is different.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1I first determine what we’ll be focusing on primarily, depending on each individuals’ constitution, capabilities and needs. 2We will discuss our first session before head free of charge. 3I’ll make sure we will be working towards customers goals, to hit up the desired results.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
200 hours of YTT RYS Currently earning 500 hours of YTT RYS in Ayurvedic Medicine Consultant. CPR certified.
