Jenia is the best yoga teacher! She always ensures her students use proper alignment to prevent injury, and provides the spiritual background to deepen your practice. Her classes are hands-down my favorite ever.

Jenia is amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient, caring and very flexible. We love working her and schedule private sessions with her whenever we are on island! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1I first determine what we’ll be focusing on primarily, depending on each individuals’ constitution, capabilities and needs.
2We will discuss our first session before head free of charge.
3I’ll make sure we will be working towards customers goals, to hit up the desired results.

Currently earning 500 hours of YTT RYS in Ayurvedic Medicine Consultant.
