My name is Sean, and I'm a massage therapist and former professional ballet dancer. With my massages, I aim to relieve pain patterns in chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions and past lingering injuries. My sessions combine Swedish massage, lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, stretching and other deep tissue techniques to provide relief from overused muscles and adhered/restricted tissues. Massage was amazing. I have received several massages over the past few years but none of them have totally relaxed the areas of tension in my shoulders and back until now. Sean is very in tune with to body/muscles and focused on what I really needed. I highly recommend Sean.

I contacted Sean for a massage and he promptly replied with his openings. I booked a 90 minute massage that fit both our schedules. He is a great therapist. He spends time on areas that need attention, and finds some that I wasn't even aware of with just the right amount of pressure. Very thorough. I'll definitely be back!!
