- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a degree in Health & Sports Studies, certifications from ISSA as a Fitness Trainer Specialist as well as Nutrition Specialist. I have years of training and instruction with kettlebells as well as work with the DVRT system.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I've always been involved in sports in some facet and been interested in how the body works and how to make it better. Treating the body like a computer allows you to diagnose issues and fix them before they become a problem.
- What types of customers have you worked with?I've worked with people preparing for athletic events in high school, college, and special events like obstacle course runs. I've worked with athletes in baseball, football, soccer, swimming, cross country and wrestling. I've worked with couples preparing for a wedding as well as individuals looking to make large life changes to lose weight, gain muscle and start a healthier lifestyle. The age range of individuals that I trained goes from 8 up to 88.
