I was having a couple of problems with a dryer hose/vent. I explained I cannot keep the hose connected to the machine, so it vents into the room. I also explained I have birds nesting in the vent, thus keeping it venting into the room and asked for a screen or something to keep the birds out. When service man arrived he explained putting a screen on would only clog with lint so he isn't going to do anything with the outside. So he set about correcting the hose connection to the machine and left. I am disappointed as I have yet another bird nest in the vent 3 days after I am charged $134.09 to replace a hose. I now have to go buy my own louver or critter cage to put on the vent myself to keep the birds out. I would have thought the service man would have done this for me.

Thank you for leaving a review. We work hard to create a positive customer experience and apologize for the experience you had. However, please understand that our service tech are not trained in critter control and we stand by our techs decision to only fix what he is trained & certified to do. In doing so, we hope he was courteous in telling you he cannot fix the intrusion problem. May we recommend you call a local pest control company to remedy the bird invasion issue you are facing.

Had a broken dishwasher. It would not pump out the water. Called them on a Thursday and they told me someone could come Monday morning. That morning, he called 10 minutes in advance. I had tried to fix it myself but could not. He wanted to know what I found. I told him, and in 15 minutes he had identified the issue (a piece of plastic in the drain motor that he removed) and fixed it. He then told us the best ways to use the dishwasher, how to load it, etc. He could not have been nicer or more polite. It was not cheap but I didn't expect it to be and he certainly could have charged us more by "fixing" things that didn't need fixing (like replacing the motor). I could not have had a better experience and would highly recommend them.
