Very professsional in the installation of 2 bedroom windows. We were also going to have them install 2 double hung windows in our living room but the installer, Dan brought to our attention that the windows were not properly made as requested and didn't want to install them because the windows would look awkward. They went ahead and placed a rush order on two replacement windows. The installer took the time in the installation and always kept me informed on his process. Since then, I am also going to have Zen windows replace our patio door. Dealing with Zen is a breeze. No high selling salesman to worry about and your quote is provided instantly through email. No prepayments are due and you do not pay until all work is done and you are completely satisfied. I would highly recommend Zen windows as your first choice for any replacement windows. Price is fair since you are not paying any salesman to do their high pressure sales technique.

I couldn't be happier!!! Zen is great. I was very pleased from the moment I communicated with them on line until the work was completed. Alix and Matt are terrific, as are their installers. 2 thumbs WAY UP for Zen!!! I'll recommend them to anybody that asks me for a reputable, honest, reliable, and competitively priced window installer.

Yes- Let me start with - "Zen - where have you been"? From beginning to end, the installation of our Zen Windows has been nothing but positive. From our initial contact ( we contacted them ) there was no high pressure sales presentation to suffer through, no tricky maneuvers to be on guard for, and no fine print to be surprised by. Our windows were ordered and arrived in short order well packaged and protected. An installation date was then established . Our installers arrived exactly on the day that was predetermined and began the process of installing 21 new windows in our house. Our home is over 125 years old and has many unique design features that we wanted to preserve and the installers had their work cut out for them. They were up to the challenge. Every window fit and was trimmed out beautifully. They were the ultimate professionals -knowledgeable, polite, interactive, and open to suggestions. There was virtually no mess for us to clean up, either inside or outside of our home. There was no payment to be made - not even a down payment - until we were completely satisfied with all aspects of the job. And when the bill was due, it was exactly the figure that had been determined at the beginning. The Zen company was in regular contact with us throughout the entire process. It is extremely rare for all these fine qualities to come together in one sale in today's marketplace. We had done our homework online and had seen only positive reviews and we hoped for the same, given many company's sales tactics of over - promising and under- delivering. We were not disappointed in the least. I wholeheartedly endorse this company and would recommend them to anyone who is interested. Thanks Zen!
