FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
if you need parts I suggest you go get the part first and then bring the receipt to me so that I can subtract a $100 off your quoted charges. if it is over $500 then the charges will occur
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
well for this type of vastly growing company there are almost never going to be little or no change at all so I'm always trying to find out something about everything and everything about something.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
well actually I make music full time and I ran into a problem with my computer and I decided to fix it ad it turns out that the computer would not come back on until I reset it and lost all my information on the computer. so I thought I need to know everything I can about a computer and how it works so I decided to go to school for and I developed a new found passion for computers and the hardware and software component after I graduated I became a tech support agent for a year 1/2 and now im freelancing and trying to get my own business off the ground.
