I had such a great experience training with her! She helped me lose weight,slim down, get stronger, and feel confident in my body again. She’s super encouraging, really knows what she’s doing, and makes every session feel personalized. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated and effective personal trainer!

Luci has helped me grow and learn so many things when it comes to the gym, lifting weights, and positive self-talk! She is highly educated on exercises and what they do for each muscle group, as well as creating great gym routines that help you reach your goals. Not only this, but she is an extremely uplifting and positive person and always helps boost my confidence and faith in myself! Anyone who is willing to put in the work to become the best versions of themselves is lucky to have Luci guiding them along that path :)
