Introduction: I provide support and guidance toward hope and well-being in the difficult areas of life. We work together to develop new life skills and perspectives and to understand the problems in our lives that need healing. We can move from marriage or relationship distress to satisfaction, from dysfunctional sexual perspectives to wholeness, from career and life transitions to new beginnings, from anxiety and depression to rest and renewal, and from adolescent challenges to confidence. I enjoy working with men and women experiencing sexual problems such as compulsive porn use or other sexually problematic behaviors. I also enjoy working with couple's issues related to marriage, living together, pre-marital, or other long-term romantic relationships. My training and life experience allow me the seasoning of life and skill to understand and help people find encouragement and healing. I consider my work a privilege and an opportunity to support the dignity and potential of each life in an integrated way, spiritually, personally and relationally.
