I first started personal training with Brandon in 2015. I had no idea my life was about to change. Over the years, I’ve returned to him again and again whenever I needed to find my way back to myself. Even now, living miles apart, we have been doing virtual coaching for over two years, and the impact continues to be life-changing in ways that go far beyond fitness.
When I began training, I didn’t realize how much trauma I had been carrying in my body. I thought I was just coming to move, but every session unlocked emotions I had buried for decades. It was messy, raw, and incredibly healing. I felt myself being dismantled piece by piece, and then, through the work, rebuilt into a stronger, more integrated version of myself.
For most of my life, I knew how to love everyone but me. I didn’t realize that loving myself was actually outside my comfort zone. Through this process, I’ve learned to put myself first, and that love now overflows naturally to others.

In numbers, I have lost over 40 pounds, gone from using a walker for a year and a half to starting with under 1,500 steps a day, and eventually working my way up to consistently hitting 10,000 steps a day or more. I also train five to six days a week. But the deeper transformation cannot be measured.
During this time, I lost my father and stepfather, went through menopause, and watched a 15-year relationship fall apart, and for the first time in my life, I did not collapse. The structure and support of our coaching carried me through it all.
Having someone who believes in my potential, who keeps my vision alive, and who reminds me of what truly matters has made all the difference. It is why I have been able to keep showing up until one day I realized that my entire life had changed.
My identity is different now. My community is different. I am not the woman I used to be.

I’ve been training with Brandon for a while now, and the results have been incredible. He’s knowledgeable, motivating, and always tailors each session to fit my goals and abilities.
