- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I only charge $60.00 to repair or replace PCs, printers, and network systems. I prefer house calls so that the work is all in order before I'm finished. What this means to me, is that everything works where and how it should to meet your needs. I would consider discounts for Senior Citizens, Students and other certain other criteria.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Build a repore with the client. Ask a lot of questions about use and expectations. Diagnose and repair but most of all leave them happy with any and all service I've provided.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certification from HP as a Master Tech. Sole Proprietor of my own business since 1997. Current on most technology to date. I trained Windows Classes at ValComm Silver Creek.
