I offer a 15 min complementary clarity call, to see where your career goals and plans are at, and if the coaching I offer meets your professional vision. I offer personalized 1-to1 support coaching programs via video conference to fit your timeline. They include resume review, LinkedIn review, ongoing support between sessions, phone, email, text accessibility. Schedule priority, online booking, discounts for added sessions, resources, and tools.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each client's coaching is tailored according to goal(s) and timeline, and objectives. Upon booking, a client will be sent confirmation and an assessment tool, and we'll schedule the first "Let's Get Clear" session. Additional information and tools will be sent to them via email before the first session begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned a bachelor's in social sciences, with concentrations in Psychology, Counseling and Sociology. I have Management experience in the public sector and private sector, where I was responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training various employees. I have over 20 years' experience in the public service field, in a supervisory role. I earned training, certifications, and experience in counseling; application & pre-employment testing, resume and interviewing skills, communication &writing, promotional/advancement panels, background processes, leadership, team building, staff/employee training, group & public speaking, conflict resolution, dealing with difficult people, stress management, court procedures. I have completed four academies and or training programs related to the above and hold certifications in career coaching, leadership and more.
