- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For sellers typically 3% of the sales price is what our commission is. For buyers, the seller almost always pays our commission so you actually pay us nothing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For my clients that want to purchase I like to have a very in-depth interview of their wants and try very hard to understand their needs. I like to propose questions that really get them thinking long term so they don't make a mistake in the area or school district they purchase in. Then I formulate a very detailed MLS search that will email them properties as soon as they hit the market. That way we can find the really good properties before they are gone. Once we have an offer accepted on the right property we will guide them through the whole process of inspections, testing, appraisals and escrow. We really try to make it a very streamlined and stress free process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have built homes, former Real Estate Appraiser, former Real Estate Agent and now hold a Real Estate Broker's license in the State of idaho which I have held since 2007.
