- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have found the pitfalls associated with trying to cut corners simply never work to anyone's benefit. We would rather give you a good quality finished product, which means not cutting corners. Additionally, we are a legitimate company. This means we pay our taxes, are insured, licensed, pay our employees well, and have a good reputation. All of these items may cost you a little bit more but are worth the peace of mind.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We realize that every client is different and therefore the needs of each individual will be different. For landscape projects in particular we want to meet you at your property, visually see the project with you, and make sure we all have the same expectations moving forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our fertilizer applicators are State certified and hold a valid license in the state of Idaho for the application of fertilizer, weed control, pest control, and tree and shrub applications. They attend continuing education classes yearly.
