These guys were great. I had a small job were I just needed 2 items moved about 5 miles between houses. A big Sony Trinitron CRT TV (probably about 250 lbs) and a treadmill of a similar weight. I also had them move a 350 lb safe from my garage to my basement. Everything needed to go up or down at least one flight of stairs if not two. The guys were able to get everything moved in an hour and I couldn’t be happier. The final price was so low that I paid them extra so I could be sure the trip was worth it for them. They can handle bigger jobs but if you have a small job like me then these are definitely the guys to contact first.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually require a base prise of $75. That means the first hour I arrive with cost $75 then an hourly rate. Even if it takes 5minutes. If you are a returning customer I will waive the fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give out estimates for each job. So, first I will need a brief description of what is wrong with the pc/laptop. After I send you an estimate, it will be up to you to decide!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for 5 years diagnosing and fixing arcade games and a place called Enchanted castle.
