Private Self Defense Lessons
Christian designs a training routine specific to your needs, which always leaves me feeling better than when I attend the gym on my own. He's experienced and professional, and you can't get a better deal than this at a fitness center.

He’s been helping me for years and I’m constantly improving thanks to his training. He pushes you and motivates you to do better every time. I couldn’t ask for a better trainer. He has a work out for anyone no matter what. I’d recommend him to anyone looking to get fit whether your just beginning your fitness journey or a professional body builder.

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing is always subjective to a few things, frequency (the more we train per week, the more flexible we can be with price per session), distance traveled (on either end).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I start everyone of with a Functional Movement Screen. It helps me pinpoint what muscles may be compensating for others, which muscles are the weak links in movements. As well as some underlying things we may have to deal with! From there we will go and talk about current nutrition, and exercise habits and see what we can add a bit more structure to!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?NASM - National Academy of Sports Medicine F.M.S. - Functional Movement Screen N.P.T.I. - National Personal Training Institute/ Class of 13
