I have base pricing on my website, however I can and I do create personalized programs with a variety of price options to fit the needs of the women I work with.

The process begins with an assessment to determine the best plan of action based on the individuals specified needs, lifestyle and their goals, both short and long term.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Health and Wellness coach through Institute for Integrative Nutrition.I am also Master Level Reiki certified, Access Consciousness certified and have been trained in meditation and use Shamanic spiritual healing.
