I cannot say enough great things about Andrei and the work that he did remodeling our bathroom! He was very up front about scheduling the job, and he let me know when there was a delay of a couple of days that pushed our start day back. After that, it was full speed ahead. We had purchased most of the materials, and Andrei picked a lot of it up for us. They lowered the floor to make the shower a seamless transition, added in our custom vanity, lighting, lots of tiling, and a pocket door, all for less than the contractor we first tried who wouldn't ever put us on his schedule. We couldn't be happier with the result. You will not regret working with AVM.

FAQs
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had an eye for design and pursued it in college and as a hobby. I had the opportunity to work in some Chicago area tile design showrooms and wanted to turn my hobby into a full-time career. That led me to opening my own design and construction practice.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We provide the full range of services including design, tile installation, and the construction and remodeling of kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, entryways, and fireplaces.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently completed a bathroom remodeling project that turned a very dated, 80s-style bathroom into a beautiful, modern spa-like retreat. We converted the combined the basic fiberglass tub and single shower into a massive dual shower with limestone tile, brushed nickel fixtures, a beautiful glass door, and heated porcelain floors. The project involved a complete demolition of the bathroom and fixtures. We bumped out a wall to expand the scope of the shower, framed the new shower stall, installed electrical units and lighting, and extended the plumbing to the opposite wall accommodate the dual shower fixtures. We created accents in the shower using glass mosaic tiles to provide pops of color. (Pictures are included in our gallery).
