  We are a cleaning company and our pricing is transparent and straightforward. The cost depends on the size of the home and the type of cleaning required (standard, deep, or move-in/move-out). We also offer additional services, such as refrigerator, oven, or window cleaning, for an extra fee. Regular customers can receive discounts, and from time to time we provide special promotions. There are no hidden fees — everything is discussed in advance.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  Our typical process for working with a new customer starts with understanding their needs and preferences. We ask about the size of the home, the type of cleaning required (standard, deep, or move-in/move-out), and any additional services they may want. Based on this information, we provide a clear estimate and schedule the cleaning at a convenient time. On the day of the appointment, our cleaner arrives fully equipped with all necessary supplies. After the service, we always welcome feedback to ensure the customer is completely satisfied and to build a long-term relationship.
