Angie was initially pleasant and somewhat responsive to work with, until the day of our wedding. She should have been way more organized and professional on the actual day of the wedding. I deeply regret hiring Blossom and Branch Design, Inc., as the only stress I encountered came from Angie, and her unprofessionalism that left me embarrassed and disappointed.Oct 6, 2017

Hi Eldora, My apologies that you were disappointed with the bouquets provided. Upon arrival at your home, I personally handed out the bouquets and received extremely favorable feedback, including positive feedback from you, thanking me for being able to create/design the wedding at the last minute , meaning approximately five days before the actual event. I am so sorry that we were 40 minutes late; however, our last box of flowers arrived that morning and we had to complete your order. If you recall when we spoke on the phone, I explained things were going to be tight because I normally order flowers for events four weeks in advance or so and we may be running behind schedule. You agreed, telling me that you would appreciate whatever I “can do to put it all together”, and to just make sure we get there before the limo bus leaves for the ceremony, which is what we did. The only request I received was from the bride was to see if I could form it a bit more into a cascade, which I accommodated by adding more flowers, etc. All other florals were properly completed, inspected and positively approved of by everyone, including yourself. When I left, everyone appeared happy. I’m very suprised and shocked, quite frankly, to see this review. I would really appreciate it if you would kindly pay the balance that you owe that you agreed to pay as stated in our agreement and as you promised the day of the event. It is unfortunate that you were not satisfied with the arrangements. I wish we could have had a chance to resolve this one-on-one. Customer service and satisfaction is our priority; we go above and beyond to ensure we provide the best quality, product and service. This is evidenced by us taking your wedding order days before the event and making it happen, without delays. And, I personally delivered the flowers to your home, 35 minutes away, free of charge.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We strive to work within anyone's budget, in fact, we are known for it!! We feel you really do not need to spend a small fortune to have your dream event!! Contact us and let us help and show you how to get what you want without breaking the bank!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Optimally, we like to meet with our potential clients at a central location, (complimentary of course) to be able to discuss their wants, needs, ultimate wishes, etc. This allows us to really get a feel for their overall vision, discuss ultimate goals and allows us to be able to offer a more comprehensive quote. It is difficult to provide pricing for our services (florals, planning, rentals, etc.), via email due to the specific detailed nature of everything it encompasses. Sending inspirational photos is a huge help for us to be able determine the "look", but there is nothing better than good old fashioned visiting and talking face-to-face.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have an extensive hospitality background, starting in Casino's and Hotels, performing compliance assessments and audits of all operations, both front end and back-of the house. I also had my own small company right out of college called "Festive Holidays", where I primarily focused on assisting elderly individuals with decorating for the holidays (decorating christmas trees, outside lights, creating artifical wreaths, arrangements, art), along with selling my designs at various craft shows and making custom designs for clients. I studied and recieved my Interior Redesign Certification (IRIS), Certified Industry Staging Specialist (CISS), sitting for the Certified Meeting Planner (CMP), along with my prior credentials of being a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)..... Now, how do those relate you are thinking, right? Well, I can promise you that you will get a straight-up, right-to-the-point honest answer when asked a question or opinion.....I warn all of my clients of this "trait" in advance prior to contracting me... :)
