Once we start a job, we are their until it's completely finished, we do not go from job to job. communication with our customers is essential I answer my phone from 7:00am to 10:00pm. He and his team did a fantastic job explaining the contract details and delivered outstanding results with the power washing and painting of my deck. It looks amazing—so much so that it makes the neighboring decks look like they’re overdue for the same treatment!

We had a large deck that needed repair and painting. Clyde came out promptly, provided a reasonable quote, and was willing to include a few other household items at a fair price. Throughout the entire project, he was communicative and professional. When it came to repairs, Clyde was upfront about the fact that he’s not a carpenter, but he did what he could to address the issues. His real strength is in painting—the deck looks fantastic now! I truly appreciate his honesty, work ethic, and the quality of his work. I look forward to having Clyde back next year and beyond to help us maintain the deck for years to come.

Clyde did the best painting work I’ve ever seen. Clyde basically painted the whole house. Started with baseboards which were excellent. Painted multiple rooms a light grey and others with touch ups all done expertly. Then Clyde painted multiple accent rooms with several brilliant colors all of which turned out outstanding. Then Clyde painted and stained the vanities, front and back doors, outside shutters all were fantastic. Next was power washing the house. Then painting and staining the deck. All excellent. Then painting the entire garage. Done wonderfully. Last bondo and painted areas outside of house which has rotted trim. All excellent. Even patched a large bird hole in an outside post and posts with multiple bird marks. Sad to see Clyde go. I hope to have my garage done with epoxy in the fall and next year for any additional work I may need. 5 stars all the way. I’d give 10 if I could. Plus a really nice person too.

1. Collect project scope and information 2. Schedule a complimentary on-site estimate 3. Email a formal proposal/estimate for the project 4. Follow-up on the proposal to see if the customer has any questions 5. Close on project and schedule a project start date 6. Follow up with the customer after the project is completed to do a final walk through 7. Provide touch-up services as per customer request 8. Follow up with customer in a year to see how they are liking their completed painting work and if they need any other work to be completed.
