- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep our prices affordable and we offer a 10% discount off our regular prices for Facebook friends.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A customer can go to the Contact Us page at Gatewayrental. net and fill out the online reservation form. We will call or email them back to confirm reservation or answer any questions. They can also pay the deposit on the same page. We will be in touch before the event to go over any details, directions or weather questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been working in the inflatable business since 2004 and we are SIOTO certified.
