After interviewing another pro on this platform, I reached out to Steffon, and I’m so glad I did! I wasn't entirely at ease with the language barrier from the previous contractor, and as a new homeowner, I really wanted someone I could communicate with clearly. I had a project in mind—installing electrical work in my dining room—and to be honest, I was a bit anxious about it, especially with the thought of tearing holes in my walls!
When Steffon came out for the estimate, I immediately sensed his expertise and professionalism. He answered all my million questions with patience and clarity, making the entire process feel much more manageable. By the end of it, he had expertly installed my stunning chandelier, custom-cut shades in two rooms, and even repaired the trim around my home office window.
His efficiency and understanding made me feel at ease, even with my anxiety and tendency to overthink everything. And let me tell you, when he finished, he left the place immaculate—everything was clean and tidy!
I live in an old house with endless projects on the horizon, and I truly feel like this is just the beginning of an incredible partnership. Steffon was upfront about his pricing, mentioning that he might not beat some competitors, but I honestly believe you get what you pay for. I am going to keep locked in on this company. I was trying to find someone for 2 days to come assist me. Hampton came to haul away my items on a holiday the 4th of July. The worker single handed did the job in the scorching hot heat. I was happy with the smooth operation and professionalism of the company. I called about 15 different companies for assistance and they were overpriced for the job I needed done. Hampton had the most reasonable price. They always kept in communication through the whole process. I will definitely work with them again. Thanks again. Great work AAA plus
