I am a San Francisco based pastry chef who is currently working in a high-end bakery refining her craft further.
I have worked in various restaurants in NYC and Palm Beach for the last 5 years.
I grew up in the Midwest and Chicago area, eating lots of corn and baking with my grandmother almost every day.
I am so passionate about what I do and want to share that as much as possible!
I aim to make well-made desserts that are very aesthetically pleasing but above all, delicious.
I love to eat as much as I love to cook/bake and spend most of my free time exploring restaurants for research and traveling.
I am well versed in many different areas of pastry including cakes, plated desserts, cookies, pies, and other baked goods, confections, chocolates, and ice creams.
I love to teach people new things about food and baking and am always excited to open a world of possibilities up to someone!
